The purpose of the Academic Writing Center is to implement an academic integrity policy at International Black Sea University and organize relevant activities.

The tasks of the Academic Writing Center are:

·         Raise awareness about the culture of academic integrity;

·         Coordinate the teaching of academic writing in all schools of the University and ensure the implementation of unified teaching approaches;

·         Offer additional academic services to develop and improve academic writing skills, depending on the needs for the specific program;

·         Conduct a plagiarism prevention policy and take appropriate measures;

·         Coordinate with all schools, scientific-research centers, academic/scientific personal and administrative units of the university.
