On February 23, 2023, the multidisciplinary research center received funding from the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation for the project application “Georgia at the Crossroads of Empires: Politics, Society, Time, Narratives of Georgian Integration”.
The project aims to: analyze the processes of Georgia’s integration with empires and global states in the pre-capitalist and capitalist eras, study the processes of Georgia’s integration into international global political networks and its results, and cover the political-social and cultural orientation of the Georgian state.
